Little Pg Productions ("we", "us", or "our") operates The Pub (the "App"), available on the Meta Horizon platform. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding any information that may be associated with your use of the App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling any information responsibly and transparently. Please read this policy carefully.

• Hand-tracking or biometric data

How We Use Information

Because The Pub does not collect or store any user data, we do not use, process, share, sell, or disclose any personal information relating to you.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies within the App.

Your Right to Request Data Deletion

Although we do not collect or store personal data, we respect your rights fully. Any user — regardless of their country of residence — may contact us at any time to:

• Request confirmation that no data about them is held
• Request deletion of any information, should any ever be inadvertently retained

If you uninstall the App, all locally stored app data will be removed from your device automatically.

Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta's own data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, which is separate from this policy. We encourage you to review Meta's Privacy Policy to understand how Meta may collect or use information in connection with the Meta platform and headset.

We do not integrate any other third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or external services within the App that would collect your data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region). As we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at zygo@odlahgal.com so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
